How to change the location of "Local Profile", NOT the "Roaming Profile"?

I am trying to relocate the whole "Local Profile" folder (\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles) to another folder. Before this I have tried the following:

1. Relocate "Cache" folder by adding "browser.cache.disk.parent_directory" into about:config entries. This works but only for "Cache" folder. Under local profile there are still other caching folders such as "thumbnails".

2. Tried "Moving Folder Location" from this link. It tells me to create a new profile and set it to another location.

But this only applies to the "Roaming Profile" (AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles). I actually don't want to change this location.

Any idea? Thanks!
