Sync not working on Samsung Galaxy S2

It works on my Nexus 7, but is a pain to set up. The instructions are poor and confusing. It is easy to start on the wrong machine and then get stuck. It needs to be clearer that the process must start on a PC. Also Sync appears in several places and you have to start from the right one.

Anyway, Sync is definitely enabled on my S2, as I have the history synced. However none of my bookmarks have transferred. This makes it unusable.

Might I suggest a single login to enable Sync? Chrome uses that and it works. A login, and possibly a check box to enable Sync is all that is needed.

Please note that we are currently experiencing server issues with Sync. Our techies are working around the clock to fixing the issue and making sure that it works its best. The current option is to try to keep syncing and if you are able to get it to sync properly, we suggest not to sync more than once every 2 hours.
