I am unable to call up my credit card co. It states website untrusted? WHY--I did not have problems prior--I even stated add exception--but still cannot access

I have used firefox for some time. I had computer problems and had a new mother board and power supply installed yesterday. Now when I try to access my credit card account, it states untrusted connection. I click on button access exception and nothing happens. WHY---what is going on? HELP PLEASE.
