Solved Solution:

It's happen because you are in the country like Iran. It's seems that Adobe or maybe Iran government filter some IP. do following tasks:

1. you can download it from this link : [ http://www.4shared.com/file/S-K6vU4E/flashplayer-win.html] (you can search 4shared.com for future updates)

2. use a anti filter like ultrareach to direct download from Adobe site.
