That isn't a Firefox issue but Norton Support to resolve why their extension doesn't work.

Norton safe search worked fine until firefox latest upgrade/update was installed--Norton updates have not been installed during the issue timeframe(last 3 months). The only thing that changed was a firefox update--word doc will not upload either

This server might live in Pacific time, but I think it should show you your local time. Strange if it doesn't.

Is the Norton extension listed on the Add-ons page, but it can't be enabled? Or is the problem during installation, that there's an installation error? You mentioned not being able to upload a Word document. If you mean on this site, you can only attach images such as PNG or JPG files.

Norton Safe Web version 3.20.0.17 works for me.

If you are using private windows or permanent private mode (aka "Never remember history"), you will need to give the extension permission to run.
