Eternally verifying password with Cpanel accounts
In version 102 for Windows, I can't set up new email accounts from my Cpanel server, it gets stuck forever on Verifying Password. I'm using Windows.
Solution choisie
I solved it by configuring the whole account manually, the error is in the ISP that is returning my MAIL and SMTP server in the wrong way.

Hello there Rodrigo We have read your message. We try to help you.
your email account from cpanel integrated in thunderbird won't stop asking for passwords as you describe in the message to us.
where and when they ask to verify a password Is this configuring a big deal in your c-panel account?
When creating a c panel account you can omit the last option to press security exeption . This feature allows password questions to persist.
If you have received a notification there to resolve certain security notifications, choose this one.
It looks like you are having some issues with setting up a c panel account. Stay calm it will work.
Greetings Firefox volunteer.

That's not the problem, my problem is: I can't set up an email account as it gets stuck at checking password, after I enter email, imap and smtp server and password.

You said you're in cpanel to set up, but it looks like you're in Thunderbird. The simple solution is to NOT include password. That's the common solution. Wait until prompted for password when you first attempt to retrieve messages.

Yes, but I want to block the update server. I don't trust Thunderbird an inch since it updated even though I set the options to "notify only".
