I have two accounts with at&t, one for my mobile phone the other for direct tv. every time i go to the at&t website the browser only allows me to use the credentials for the direct tv account. How can i get it to allow me to use the mobile phone account?

Hi, I have to agree with Dropa. I believe AT&T has multiple different logins for their products. I remember them requiring customers to have a separate logins for their mobile accounts & their U-Verse Cable TV/Home Phone accounts. It would not surprise me to hear them say you need a separate login for their Direct TV accounts as well.
