Export all emails associated with an account as txt files, with folder structure?

Hi - For years I have been managing my three Yahoo email accounts using Thunderbird. There are a lot of emails in numerous folders. To have a permanent readable backup, I'd like to save them as Txt files if possible.

Is there a program that will export all emails associated with an account as txt files, while preserving the folder structure?

(That is, hopefully, in a single move rather than clicking on each folder one by one and 'saving as')

With ImportExportTools NG, folders can be exported with structure to mbox files, and individual folders can be exported to eml, html or txt files.
