Firefox keeps track of your most visited sites and should list it there if its used often, but there is no way of 'forcing' it to be at the front, you can choose to have up to 4 rows of 'top sites' you visit displayed, click on three lines icon at the right of the browser, choose 'preferences -> home -> and change 'top sites' to use 4 rows.

If its a site you use very often, then why not add the bookmark to your bookmarks toolbar?

If you right click on the empty space to the right of the search bar, you can choose to show the bookmarks toolbar, and then when you bookmark the page, choose the toolbar rather than an ordinary bookmark, and it will always be a single click away!
