Whenever I go on a lot of sites a popup will ask if I will allow notifications from this site, and I accidentally clicked ok on a spam site. How do I get notifications from this site to stop?

You should go and look at your FF addon or extensions to find if it is there and also check your windows add/remove uninstaller to see if something was installed there. Otherwise if none works you got malware infections and that goes beyond FF Browser help since FF didn't install spam ads.
