I keep clicking on the icon for the web browser and it will not open. I have done a virus scan, emptied all junk files, rebooted the computer, and the web browser still will not open. I even went to your web site and downloaded a fresh copy, and installed it, and it still will not open....sorry for being so long winded.....

Just to clarify, are you talking about Firefox for Android, or Firefox on a desktop computer?
