Every time I print from Firefox (MacOS SIerra 10.12.5) the dialog box keeps defaulting to add headers and footers, even though I have saved presets to blank the

Is there any way to fix how the Firefox print dialog keeps defaulting to it's header and footer settings? I need to leave these areas blank, and cannot do it. Even with setting up a preset, it still seems to default to the original settings.
