When Mozilla.org opens I show 3 WIN's Firefox on WINPC with one current and word "delete" in red next to them?

On the Mozilla sign on page where you can change passwords, communications, etc. at the top is what I describe above. Should I be deleting the other 2 since one is current? I was having a printer error and found the answer on your support and that's when I noticed what I describe.
