If I open a link to a website (even my bank's website), it ALWAYS a response saying "Problem loading the page". Why is this so?

When I click on a link, I always get a "problem loading a page" response. Can you tell me how to resolve this, please, and the reminder that "Firefox is not my default something". This started when I downloaded the software.

Hi, probably it is your security software the cause of the issue, try to boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) and check if the issue persist.

If the problem does not exist in Windows Safe mode then probably you have problem with your security software. Please remove all rules for Firefox and plugin-container from the permissions list in the your firewall and let your firewall ask again for permissions to get full access to Firefox installation and at the plugin-container process and also for updater process.
