Is there any option to change the download location? How to see the download progress in browser

Solution choisie

You can create an about:config pref to change the download folder.

  • browse to about:config
  • click the plus button on the upper left
  • Name: browser.download.dir (make sure your keyboard does not insert spaces into this pref name)
  • Tap the word boolean and change it to string
  • enter a string with a Linux style path ex: file:///sdcard/
