I had it showing on bottom what each account had reached 1% or 50% and when the "web master' left I was stuck learning how to do Thunderbird with no training. I have no clue what happened but one day the quota bar was showing what each email account had and then poof gone. I believe we had to set it up in a CPanel webmail for Go Daddy account that handles our web site but I cant figure that out let alone how to get Thunderbird to show each accounts quota. I downloaded the add on "display quota" but it still isn't showing up. It says this and to do this: - It will only work if your mail server has an IMAP quota set: right click on your inbox, then in the "quota" tab of the properties, if a quota appears, you're good

so I did it and it has nothing in it? What it says is "There is no storage quotas on this folder. So I am guessing the downloaded add on wont work so I am back to square 1. I need help because if I go past my quota Go Daddy will charge me. Thank you Debra

Quota settings as you know are not done in Thunderbird. You should ask GoDaddy support on how to use their product.

if you use an IMAP account which provides indication of its quota, then info should look like the image here:

and the add-on should work.
