phone app doesn't work on gmail page in Firefox v.34

Up until the recent update, I was able to make phone calls on the gmail page using gmails phone app. Now, when I open it, it says I need to down load the voice plugin for it to work, and when I click the link it gives me, I get a gmail page that takes me back to my email/gmail page. Is there a plugin that will work so I can use this gmail feature? I'm using Firefox v.34

HI Richard58b, After you download the plugin please verify the installation with the instructions provided by hangouts: " Double-click GoogleVoiceAndVideoSetup.dmg in the Download window (press Command-J if the window isn’t open). 

   Then double-click the installer Google Voice and Video Installer."

Restart Firefox and try to make a call. If you have any further questions please contact Hangouts' support.
