How can I make the Citibank virtual credit card work with Firefox?

I use the Citibank virtual credit card that generates a new card number for each transaction. When I open the Citibank app when Internet Explorer is running, IE asks if you want to enable the app. I say yes, then the card info is automatically transferred to the store website I'm visiting.

I can't seem to make the virtual card number work with FF. Any suggestions?
