I had problems on IE in connecting to BigFishGames.com, so it was recommended I use Mozilla/Firefox. Now, when I try to access the site (BigFish...), it tells me that I must go to TOOLS/OPTIONS/PRIVACY/COOKIES/ALLOW SITE... But, I'm not finding it under the "FireFox". When I try to find out where it might be, your help says that it's under the "Firefox" tab on Windows XP. My computer has Windows 7 and it doesn't have the "Tools" info. Where do I find it?

When using the orange Firefox button, look in the right column for Options, then click on Options on the menu that appears to the right (a "fly-out").

Sorry, there was no "fly-out" for Tools under Options. So, I clicked on different "toolbars". Now, the orange "Firefox" tab is gone. "Back" doesn't bring it back. So, now I have no "tools" and no "Firefox" tab.
