Can't print ship label on ebay comes up needing connected to a fax, was able to for years, still can using explorer buy not Firefox or new Quantum.

After clicking Purchase Postage screen skips thru shipping label and message comes up requiring that connection to a fax modem is required to print. Printed directly for years, no problem. Pull it up on Internet Explorer, prints no problem. Switching to Quantum has not helped the situation. Ebay says they've done nothing to cause it. All started after a Mozilla update.

Do {Ctrl + P} on the keyboard and see which Printer you have selected in the Print dialog box where it says Printer > Name.

I suspect that Fax is selected there.

Yes, somehow it was switched to fax. No idea of who or how. Thanks for the help.
