The addon works fine with an older Firefox version. After upgrade to the newest Version it didn't work and I can't see the add-on on the menu-bar. A new installation of the addon also has not helped.

Four version updates dated Jan 10, 2016. I wonder what's up with that. Are you sure that you have the latest Version 43.6 ?
