First off you should warn that this version changes your profile, so there is no going back. I installed it and have lost ALL of my accounts and had to start from scratch. It took me back to the beginning. I hate the interface, too cluttered, to busy and generally sucks. I am thinking of dumping thunderbird at many, many years of using it.

After Thunderbird is running for a while, it "freezes" with a message saying it is no longer responding. When I click on shut it down it says it is reporting this to windows . After shutting it down windows 10 basically reboots (it takes a while) before I can click on the Thunderbird icon again. Been happening for several weeks.

This is a very strange issue. Some of the messages in my inbox, when selected do not display the message itself. Blank box. I looked at the message source and there is nothing displayed but white space in the box. The messages that are not displaying are before 3 August 24 and back in time to the year 2018. Those messages received in 2018 appear correctly.

Messages received after midnight (12:01 AM) 3 August display fine. Message source view displays the contents.

On that computer, I have other email accounts that display the messages correctly. Nothing missing. So whatever happened, only one email address account was affected. It is like something deleted that data.

Running Windows 10 Pro and latest version of Thunderbird. No extensions

Anyone that can inform me as to what might have caused this and tell me if it can be fixed, I would be greatly appreciative.

after i have suddenly upgrade to newest version my autocount can't send the mail by mapi system integration in software. i use that program is inside autocount called 'send by email (Ms Outlook compatible)'.

it appear error msg failed to send msg.

how i can solve it.i have try downgraded to old version and set default apps in default apps windows also can't.

thunderbird 115.13.0 how do i see my all folders with ALL of the emails? When i go to unified folders sent/inbox it flips the most recent email to the bottom, how do i flip it back, are there any videos, anywhere, that i could watch and learn from????? i can save us both a lot of tme if i could watch a video on how to do this? thank you...b³

for example: also how do i make a directed screen shot of a page? as opposed to the whole page?

Suddenly last night Thunderbird had copied several folders within one of my accounts. I discovered that the copy versions folders all were empty (while the original folders had the saved post. So I decided to move the empty folders into trashcan and then empty it. However I discovered after a reopening of Thunderbird that the original folders also were deleted, so I missed all my post within the many folders. Now I like to ask : Is there a way to recover such deleted folders, since as far as I know my C-drive has a backup while the program is functioning on my D-drive . So is there a way to recover deleted TB files from my d-drive by doing something in the TB program om my C-drive.  ??

I want to use another laptop to receive emails, so I removed the account from my current computer. Then I realize I lost the emails as well. I found the profile folder, just wondering if I will be able to access all the emails I received and sent before?

The new edition released today doesn't allow the Keyboard "Return" Key to accept the recommended spelling correction. You must now click the "Replace" Icon in the Check Spelling Pop-up. Is there a setting/other where this can be adjusted/modified so that the Keyboard Return Key works again?

I have several email addresses and want to delete one of them that I'm having a lot of trouble with.

I have not yet been able to find out how to delete it.

I'm sure it's easy, but unfortunately I don't know.

After the latest update I still have a serious problem: I still can't send e-mail. Every time I get a time-out message for the connection to the SMTP-server.

I noticed a problem that I receive e-mails from one user with a very long delay, half a day or even longer. The client uses the hotmail.com domain

On my email account - keith@mediafivecorp.com - sometimes ALL my SENT emails are shown, but at other times only a about 15 or 20 show up...and from a wide range of past years. How can I get ALL my sent emails to show up all the time? Thanks.bold text

Hi, This is a problem that has been occurring with Thunderbird for a while now. I thought I'd previously found lots of posts on this topic and I wanted to check them but I can't see to find them now. I use Thunderbird for my work email account. I receive invitations to Teams meetings through email. When I use Outlook on my phone I can see an attached .ics file. When I use the web based email client provided by my ISP I can see an attached .ics file. When I use Thunderbird there's a message that says: "No writable calendars are configured for invitations, please check the calendar properties." and it claims there are no attachments. I don't care if it can't find a writable calendar, I want to download the .ics file. Where is the .ics file? I can download it from the other two clients and then import it into Thunderbird calendar fine. But that's a complete pain in the neck, having to log into a seperate email client to do that. If it's attached file, as the other two clients treat it as, why won't Thunderbird let me download it? Windows 10 Thunderbird 115.13.0 (64-bit)
