It seems more and more websites refuse or deny FF as an acceptable browser. My bank, my electricity provider are just two examples.

Is this being addressed?

I needed to migrate my account to another laptop and i was advised to use the the following method: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/moving-thunderbird-data-to-a-new-computer.

However, all the emails dated prior to the move, come up blank now, only the headers can be seen.

Server type is POP

I cannot download them from webmail as for majority the previous server was IMAP which is no longer connected.

Where is the send button? Where is the Undo Delete button? Why can't I add them BACK to the tool bar?

There are other problems and somebody should poke the responsible braintrust with a stick for fucking things up.

Finally WHO fucked up the email client with this last update?

Seriously fix it or I am moving on. Been with thunderbird since the beginning.

I have a "new" computer and am trying to get my yahoo email. I use my usual login.yahoo.com. But I get an error message saying that I need to disable cookies to use firefox. This is not a problem on my old computer. Both computers are Lenovo Thinkpads, same year.

For about the past week I've been having trouble with Gmail and Google Search in my Firefox browser. Typically, I open a Firefox window with multiple tabs and leave the window open all day. I always have Gmail and Google Calendar open in tabs. What happens is that the Gmail tab will at some point give me a message that it cannot connect and has timed out and is trying to reload, but it never reloads, it just stalls. Then I try to open a Google search bookmark to search and the tab remains blank. This happens multiple times throughout the day. Meanwhile I can open Gmail or any Google page in Chrome, which I don't like using.

Sometimes I can close out the Gmail tab that won't load and try to open Gmail in a new tab, but that stalls out too. The only way I can open Gmail again is to close out the Firefox window completely and then relaunch it, then it can open Gmail or Google... until it breaks again.

This never used to happen. I'm using the latest versions of Windows 10 and Firefox on my desktop PC. Nothing else has changed.

Please help me fix this, it's very annoying.

Hello, I´ve deleted my e-mails on my gmx account, because the storage space was filled. I´ve also emptied the bin. I was sure to have my e-mails on my thunderbird account on the computer, but they are all gone....Is there any opportunity to reload them? Thank´s a lot

I am using Thunderbird for 12yrs, also some paid features like Owl for Exchange.

After the latest update to the version 128.0.1 esr it is impossible to work with it, it constantly freezes and not responding, especially when I start typing or editing in the quick filter bar. This is the first time ever I am opening a ticket via this form, it pretty much says how frustrating this issue is. I hope this will be fixed in the next versions, so far I am rolling back to the previous version, since I need to have access to my emails, not to lose half a day, waiting until it responds.

I have problems with server certificate. I am used to add an certificate exception almost every few month. Since mine IMAP4/SMTP/POP3 server does not have official SSL certificate It was working always. Since few weeks ago, I do not get popUP screen to add exception on POP3/IMAP/SMTP server certificate.

There is a message showing up and hiding. How to add certificate exception? I have tried settings, almost everything. Nothing can find.

I have also found out that server test button does not exist anymore. I was expecting to push the IMAP4 server test button and get the certificate exception message, where I can add an exception. This button does not exists anymore.

I can no longer E mail my photographs from Picasa, I have tried with the Windows 64 and 32 to no avail. The message keeps repeating that I do not have an E mail account supporting this action. I have been sending the photos for years, so I don't know what has happened in the mean time. Can you please advise.

Hello. I have installed the newest version of Thunderbird- 128.0.1esr, but my Thunderbird was not working properly. So, I installed older version- 115.13.0. But after this installation and after creating a new profile for my account, I have these two issues. First- there are some additional folders in my home page (image 1)- I cannot delete or move them. Also, I don't have my old e-mails- both in "Inbox" and Sent folders. I can't also import them from another profile, because there is an error (image 2 and 3).

What should I do? Uninstall and install thunderbird again? Try to import my archives some another way? I would like to have 115.13.0 version.

I created an email account with some errors evidently. I need to remove it . Now that I know more about this account I do NOT plan to attempt to use it. I cannot find anything in the menus to delete the account.

Thunderbird is telling me I have 13 new and unread emails. I have zero new and unread mails. I have looked in my ISP's email program and all of my emails are read. None are new. Is there some issue going on all of a sudden? It's very confusing.

Every e mail in my in box, sent folder and trash folder has been deleted. Any e mail I download and open is immediately deleted from my in box. This just started yesterday. I have made no changes to my settings.
