My email address is [edited] @roadrunner.com Since early May, I haven't been able to get emails because I keep getting asked for a master password. I don't know it - I don't remember ever having to create one. Please help.

I have been told by my bank that firefox wants their customers who are having a problem with the website when using firefox to contact firefox directly. How do I do that? I have wasted way too much time trying to find that contact information. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It has been suggested to me that I need I need a downloadable offline version of a browser suitable for running under windows XP professional version 2002 sp3 that will also be compatible with HTML5 - whatever it is it will need to be something I can download on a windows 10 machine as an offline installation and copy across and install on the other PC. At the moment I can't get through to any https websites though I can search on bing.com which is http but then if I click on one of the search findings it doesn't go anywhere. I have tried various technical suggestions found online on my usual pc for a while now.

Is there a compatible downloadable version available from firefox that I can try?

I have just tried the downloadable version of OPERA for windows xp but that doesn't seem to work properly - I can get into ebay now, which I could not previously but the formatting is all wrong - just lists of this and that, no pictures, also it shows www.ebay.com even if I type https:// in front of it before hitting return

Would be grateful for any suggestions to solve this problem

I was told my bank that there has been an issue with firefox since the last upgrade. I can sign into my account, but if I try to do anything or click on anything, the site locks up and I can not do anything except for sign out. They told me that it was on your end and that you needed customers to reach out. It's becoming frustrating that I can't use firefox for this application. I can get into my account and do what needs to be done with other browsers. What can you do on your end. The bank is Mission Federal Credit Union. Thank you! For about the past week I've been having trouble with Gmail and Google Search in my Firefox browser. Typically, I open a Firefox window with multiple tabs and leave the window open all day. I always have Gmail and Google Calendar open in tabs. What happens is that the Gmail tab will at some point give me a message that it cannot connect and has timed out and is trying to reload, but it never reloads, it just stalls. Then I try to open a Google search bookmark to search and the tab remains blank. This happens multiple times throughout the day. Meanwhile I can open Gmail or any Google page in Chrome, which I don't like using.

Sometimes I can close out the Gmail tab that won't load and try to open Gmail in a new tab, but that stalls out too. The only way I can open Gmail again is to close out the Firefox window completely and then relaunch it, then it can open Gmail or Google... until it breaks again.

This never used to happen. I'm using the latest versions of Windows 10 and Firefox on my desktop PC. Nothing else has changed.

Please help me fix this, it's very annoying.

Whenever I try to access a webpage it shows up as no style and buttons and links are non functional. However if I use private browsing everything works, but all my history and extensions are not available.

I was wonder when the next browser update may be come as I would like to watch YouTube on Firefox again. As it has been over a month since the last update that made it so YouTube doesn't load the video anymore. (I have tried every suggestion online to correct this and nothing)

All worked fine. But now with this new version of Firefox if I use that profile I see a popup asking me for my Primary Password. I do not have a primary password. Why has Firefox started asking me for one? What can I change in my user.js file to stop this?

Search bar is pink and every time I open firefox the first time of the day it comes up pink. Very irritating and makes me wonder if firefox is worth keeping. Thanks

My password saved are deleted every time I close FF. It used to be manageable because Google and other sites didn't require me to fill my passwords (cookies did the trick I suppose) but now I also loose access to gmail and Youtube every time I close FF. It's annoying to have to use 2FA every damn time. And keeping the passwords available.

I've tried every answer I found by looking around :

- tried to start in safe mode - disable hardware acceleration - I have no extensions

FF saves the passwords correctly (at least they appear in the saved password tab) but they are erased every time I restart FF. The cookies aren't automatically deleted (FF remembers my browsing history) but I need to relog into Google.

I getting frustrated.
