For weeks now I have been unable to sign into Microsoft.com to get support help through chat or receive a call back. These can only be achieved by signing in. The only Microsoft product that I can use is my Outlook mail app, which I have been able to sign into. But this is not connected with Mozilla Firefox. There is no other way that I know of to contact Microsoft. I've tried signing in on Microsoft Edge as well, I get an error message there as well. Since this problem started with trying to sign in on Mozilla Firefox, I assume this is where the issue was created. If I cannot sign into Microsoft.com, I am locked out of getting any help resolving this issue. There is no other way to reach Microsoft. The phone number they has no live person, only a robot which will answer questions only and then hang up.

Can someone here at Mozilla, please help me????

Since doing an update on the Firefox browser, I am unable to access one specific website that had no issues prior. The website that is no longer available to open in Firefox is owned/managed by an organization outside of the USA. After 3 or 4 days of attempting to open this specific website, I launched a Google browser and had no trouble opening the website. I am hoping that Mozilla is not going to the culture of suppressing religious freedoms by deciding which websites can and can not be accessed on that basis.

Hi, I have windows 10 desktop,,,, I use Microsoft Edge and Firefox but firefox is my default browser... I use Tagged and HI5 often.. My problem is ads on tagged and HI5 (Both are sister companies? I get ads but no way of blocking them I have just tried all kinds of adblockers on firefox just waste of time... But the worst thing is those ad's that tagged display all infected... I use Norton and Malwarebyts when I click on the ad's they both come on asking me to stay away all their ad's are infected... I have sent 5 emails to Tagged telling them what is going on but I had no reply at all negative or positive and they are infecting peoples computers or mobiles if they are not using Antivirus.... Ad's are always on when I use firefox but but when I use Microsoft Edge no ad's somehow but Microsoft Edge is much slower then Firefox,, when I click on to something it goes round and round and says Hang tight....What should I use on firefox to stop those Tagged ads..On tagged settings ads section has been unchecked but nothing stops them from popping up even the adblockers that I have...But only on firefox... For 2 days now I have a big problem! Firefox froze, and I ended up closing it with the programme manager. When I wanted to reopen I got this: Firefox est déjà en cours d’exécution mais ne répond pas. I tried the programme manager - but Firefox isn't shown as being open.

I've made a back up of my profile. I can't delete parent.block ... I'm told "Firefox is running already" and I must close it. Every troubleshooting step comes to the same barrier to completing it! Almost all guide one from an open Firefox page - and I can't open Firefox! I can't "uninstall" for the same reason!

All my passwords are in Firefox - and I can't import them to Chrome without closing Firefox completely! I'm going mad - urgent need to access my passwords!

I reorganized my bookmarks that accumulated haphazardly over many years -- it mainly had to do with getting new computers and reinstalling browsers that automatically imported by bookmarks.

Anyway, I want to make a fresh start so that involved several days work, and I got it done on Edge then imported them successfully into Chrome, Opera, and Duckduckgo.

However, I have run into problems with Firefox.

First, I had more problems deleting the bookmarks, which I thought I'd do, but finally found a tutorial that helped me do that. But couldn't import the bookmarks. So, I thought I'd reinstall. Did that twice but both times it automatically populated the old bookmarks. Then I watched a tutorial that showed me how to change settings so I could view hidden files. This time I was able to import the bookmarks but they aren't showing up. Where are they because I received a message that they were imported.

I had to install to a new computer, Windows 10 Pro. I set the Download option to ask for where to save but Firefox is not giving choice. I have closed and re-opened Firefox since changing setting 128.0.3 (64-bit)

Hi, i downloaded the browser like an hour ago because the youtube ads are annoying and i found a "Your browser is being managed by your organization." thingie on chrome, which led me to a virus (found with kasperky), ran windows defender and malwarebytes afterwards, nothing came up.

And so i thought all was good. I wanted to enable autoplay on youtube videos and when i was looking for that option in the settings i noticed this on the left corner again (added images).

Found a post in 2023 about the same thing but it doesn't answer nor help.

Clicking on the GOOGLE search box in the address bar automatically opened it but since 7/25/2024, I have to type 1 character in the GOOGLE search box for it to open. What's happened? I cleared all cookies, removed and then added GOOGLE search back in the address bar and I don't have AdBlocker Ultimate. I have adblocker for Youtube & FB along w/FBcontainer because w/o it it's a joke trying to watch anything. I tried the suggestions to disable but it didn't work. I have no idea why you're even suggesting not using an adblocker. That's been the #1 reason people have downloaded FF is because of the different, usable & functional adblockers. I started using NN; which turned into Mozilla; for that reason....adblocking/pop-up blocking features and add-ons. Since it's not the adblocker in my case, what next?

when i try to print list of names of removed and in progress only the cover of reolved items does not print details. list is needed to compare to info on experian which azppears to differ with mozilla you show below wsindows 10 i am on windows 11

My bookmarks changed with the update. I can't find everything that I had in my bookmarks. I liked the way Bookmarks worked before the update. They were easy to find and organize. Please put it back the way it was. This is horrible. It is like Edge and Chrome, which I don't use because they are horrible to use. Now firefox is the same.
