How can I rename a download before downloading? In IE when I clicked on link to download something I could rename it before saving.

I download many machine embroidery designs and want to rename them so they make sense to me instead of downloading the default name, which most of the time are numbers. Going to the folder in My Computer and renaming after each download is a pain.

If you choose the location of where to save each file then you can specify the name of the file as well?
