Hai usato il recupero password quando hai fatto l'accesso all'account Mozilla? Se si, le informazioni dell'account sono state cancellate per ragioni di sicurezza (come spiegato nelle procedura stessa) -> https://support.mozilla.org/it/kb/perdita-informazioni-account-firefox-sync
