How to get information about Firefox update contents in advance most simple, effective and quick way without need to remembering a long path and doing searching, in situation when the notification about new release appears, before doing the insatallation?

The notification does not contain any, none link. The About dialog from the Help menu contains link "What is new" which leads to news for an already installed version only.

I want to install only things I decided for, to be responsible. Not any automatic changes in backgroud leading to don't know where, not blind belive.
