I am on Windows (10) and when I play videos, there are some that play great, there are others that are choppy, and there are those that say "a plugin is needed to play this content." I have Adobe Shockwave Player 12.1 installed, as well as Java (32-bit) and (flash player (32-bit). According to Microsoft, the flash player is not needed because it is now included in the new Windows 10 program. Am I still missing something or am I simply stuck and need to return to Windows 8.1?

Your system details list doesn't show that the Shockwave Flash plugin (32 bit version) is installed and enabled.

  • Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Plugins

You can find links of the latest Shockwave Flash player for Firefox on this page:

You can verify on the Adobe Flash Players Test Page that the Flash plugin is working and which version you have.
