Don't post your Sync Key in public, it it a security key that no one except you has. Not even Mozilla has access to your Sync key, and it isn't helpful for recovering your account password.

Assuming that your Sync account was created in the last 12 months, the email address that you used when you created your Sync account is your account name.

You can use this page to begin the process to reset your account password.
