Recent development in the past couple months. Inputting text to input text form fields can often be slow, and is often scrambled.

I found a temporary fix of clearing cache. This needs to be addressed. Two separate phones. Firefox rose to awesomeness again a few versions ago, now, every update seems to make it worse. UI elements look worse to me now.

Hi

Have you tried clearing the cache from your keyboard app?

Open the Android Settings app, select Applications and find your keyboard app. Under storage, select clear cache.

I hope that this helps.

It says that right in my post. And while it usually works(temporarily), it's not really a solution. It always comes back.

Thanks

Your original post sounded like you cleared the cache of your browser app. Seburo was asking you to also clear the cache for your keyboard app. For example, on my phone I use the Google keyboard app (called gboard). If you have a Samsung phone, you might be using the Samsung keyboard app. You need to tell the Settings->Apps to show system apps in order to see that one.

My apologies, I was rude. I usually get poor responses from forums. I didn't specify - it's my fault. I cleared both. The problem comes back after. Ashort amount of time.

Okay.

Before we look at anything more drastic, can you try clearing the cache (not data) of other apps on your device?
