How do I change print default from landscape to Portrait?

My emails have always been printing normally in portrait but in the last couple of weeks they have suddenly been set with landscape as the defaut setting. I am having to manually choose portrait in order to print. Can you help please?

Have you tried File menu > Page setup ?
