how do i create an autofill profile after downloading the add-on

I have downloaded the add-on for the autofill form. I need to create a whole new profile, i've moved and so i reset the profiles but now i cant get it to accept my new profile information. Looks like that add-on was acquired by Albine.
The old Documentation page for that add-on.
http://autofillforms.mozdev.org/drupal/wiki is gone or locked, and the new Support page http://www.abine.com/support.php doesn't show Autofill Forms.
Leaving new users between a rock and a hard place.

Unless another Autofill Forms user pops up here to answer your questions, my advice is to select a different add-on which has better support right now.
