I have a new laptop that is running Windows 7. I am unable to log into newegg.com and comcast.com with my logins, it just brings me back to the login screen. Cookies are enabled, and so is javascript. I have the same problem in other internet browsers.

This can be caused by corrupted cookies.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
