I'm on Firefox 11.0 and can't get it to print the print date/time on web page prints. Page setup looks OK and includes date/time in the right hand footer. Much earlier versions (V3?) did print the date but the latest few versions don't print it (or Title, URL or page numbers).

You may have paper dimensions set that are set too large that causes the URL not to get printed.

Try to reset the print prefs.
