Firefox barely opens before it crashes. It even crashes as it opens in safe mode. I have reinstalled and rebooted, to no avail.

Solución elegida

Not something I understand, but it may involve Firefox trying to use encrypted files. Are you using an admin account, and have you installed firefox in an ordinary location?
