it is not firefox problem, it is your OS setting up problem, around DNS and routing problems. you need a network administrator to help you. you need to learn a lot for detailed configuration of windows routing, or ask a network expert to help you.

I found the solution, myself, you need to go to network settings and then select manual proxy setting and provide the ip address of the internet server . that's all "it is not OS setting up problem, around DNS and routing Problems." as stated by you, anyway thanks.
