Hola, Que necesitas que el Firefox abra un PDF con el Adobe Acrobat? porque de parte del Firefox es lo que puede hacer, ya que el que firma el pdf es el Adobe Acrobat (u otro visor de PDFs): https://support.mozilla.org/es/kb/como-deshabilitar-el-visor-de-archivos-pdf-integra
