Hola No entiendo todo lo que probaste, digamos restableciste el Firefox y no tienes complementos. Puedes probar: -Deshabilitar la detección de Proxy:Menú Herramientas o botón de las "3 lineas"->Preferencias->General->"Configuración de la Conexión"->Configuración..: marcar "Sin Proxy" a Conexión"->Configuración..: marcar "Sin Proxy" -Resolver problemas de Firefox usando el Modo seguro https://support.mozilla.org/es/kb/resolver-problemas-de-firefox-usando-el-modo-segur -Verificar si existe algún malware:
