So sorry but "Exceptions" is not available to click on - it is faded.

Would you please make sure that the box "Ask to save logins and passwords for websites" is checked ?

Does "Ask to save logins and passwords for websites" has a checkmark?

• Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security: Logins and Passwords: "Ask to save logins and passwords for websites"

Make sure you do not run Firefox in permanent Private Browsing mode (Always use Private Browsing mode; Never Remember History).
