Hi chilly1, when you see the 403 forbidden page, do you have access to the address bar and menu button? If so, you can check and change the home page using the steps in this article:

How to set the home page

If you don't see normal toolbar, try pressing Ctrl+N to launch a new window and see whether you have them there.
