I have lost all my email folders, including hundreds of messages in the Inbox.

My brother accidentally deleted my account in Thunderbird. When he restored it, all my folders were gone along with their messages except for the default folders, and the Inbox had lost several hundred questions. Is there a way to get my mail and folders back? Please reply to both bethoc@verizon.net and virginia.barnett@ishpi.net, as I am not sure the bethoc account is receiving mail after all the SNAFUs.

Matt, thank you for your help. Unfortunately, my brother still could not get back my mail and folders. He says it has to do with having both POP and IMAP accounts at the same time. I am willing to pay for customer support at this point, but I don't know how to get it. Can you point me in the right direction? I understand there's a way that someone can take over my computer remotely. How can I get someone to help me?
