Any version of Firefox can be downloaded from http://download.cdn.mozilla.net/pub/firefox/releases/

However, I would not recommend using an old version. Only the current version (FF 41) and latest Extended Support Release (ESR) versions (currently FF 38ESR) receive security updates.

Why do you want such a old vulnerable version?

Note the small stub installer needs to connect online to install while the full setup is for offline.

here are the hundreds of exploits you're vulnerable to by using firefox 22: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/security/known-vulnerabilities/firefox/ it's a very bad idea to use it...
