Have you added hightail in Tools menu (alt+T) > options > attachments > outgoing.

I had established an account with Hightail but had not realized that I also needed to install the Hightail PROGRAM. After I installed it I went back to the Tools menu and was able to successfully add Hightail as an option. Thank you, Matt!
