You are saying Firefox opens full size, but when you what the smaller window, you can't change it's size?

Do you have any other problems with Windows or Firefox?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
