Mozilla won't save .jpg files
First, Hello the good people of Mozilla! Whenever I try to save a .jpg files / image, the normal "Save Image" window pops out, that is fine. But, where it would say Save As Type : JPG Image, it is just blank. It works if I add .jpg to the file name, but, I was just wondering if this could be fixed.
Thanks!

What does it say as to file type?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode
While you are in safe mode;
Firefox Options > Advanced > General.
Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.
Poke around safe web sites and see if there is still a problem. Then restart.
Thanks, now I can open the images, but, it still shows blank, where it should say JPG Image. I tried it on a different computer and it has the same problem.
try to rename (or delete) the mimeTypes.rdf file in the Firefox profile folder to reset all file actions.
- http://kb.mozillazine.org/mimeTypes.rdf
- http://kb.mozillazine.org/File_types_and_download_actions#Resetting_download_actions
You can use this button to go to the currently used Firefox profile folder:
- Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Show Folder (Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder)
