I use Firefox (currently on version 127.0) and starting this weekend I noticed a strange behavior. When I initially go to the NPR.org site (and only that site) everything works fine, but once I scroll down past the first two articles all of the links on the page stop working. The cursor that usually changes from an arrow to a finger does not change, the links do not change color as they should.

This only happens on NPR.org, and it only happens with Firefox (I can use Chrome at the site works fine.) Therefore I assumed that something changed at NPR.org so have reached out to them, however, I thought I would ask your team if they knew of anything going on?

I had the situation maybe a year ago. I use the Firefox profile manager.

I just updated to 127.02, and now not I'm getting this because for whatever reason, since the update, I am somehow on the beta channel, but only with this profile. I just opened two other profiles, and neither is on the beta channel, although i don't know what "Firefox is being updated by another instance" means.

I don't know if it's just a coincidence, but I'm also just noticing that a number of my addons settings have reverted to default.

Firefox is my favourite browser so I prefer using it in all my online activities. When I go to Adobe Firefly though, I consistently get a warning that this browser is not compatible and they suggest using Chrome, Safari or the latest version of Firefox !!! I am using the latest version available, 127.0.2 but Adobe does not detect it correctly. I have to switch to Chrome, that I'm not very fond of. I saw that a similar issue was posted 10 months ago but it's now archived and I can't even include a link to it here :( So, I hope this comment helps in case others have the same problem. Hello, I Signed into and began using a New Firefox ACCOUNT Yesterday.Today,I found that I had forgotten that I formerly had a Mozilla account which is apparently still ACTIVE from 10/14/2021. I'm confused as to WHY it's called MOZILLA... Is it called Firefox or Mozilla for this Browser... and I don't want two Accounts... so I need to eliminate one. My iMac is Auto inserting My Password and I'm not familiar yet with whatever Browser I have, to locate a way to see the Password it signed me in on... ? the one I created yesterday... or the one that was created in 2021... So.. please tell me what the Browser is called today... Firefox or Mozilla... or Mozilla Firefox... ??? and I'll begin AGAIN... OR CAN YOU FIX THIS FOR ME WITH JUST ONE ACCOUNT, and I'll create another Password. My email has NOT CHANGED for either account... ey47ey@yahoo.com Please advise me how to establish my Account ASAP so I can continue my work. I am trying to print a long webpage into a PDF format. When I open the Print preview window, I noticed that pages after the 255th page are all blank. I tried changing the destination but this seems to be a persistent issue. I tried the same procedure with Microsoft Edge and the entire page was able to be seen in the Print preview window.

Using the Firefox with Google search engine, and below it has several icons for direct links to urls.

How do these links get there ? How do I delete one and replace with another link ?

This problem began a couple days ago. I have no problem accessing other sites on Firefox (and none for this site over years of use.) Can access site on Safari without problem.

I have been dealing with problems with Firefox and YouTube for a long time. Every time I open a YouTube video in a new tab it would always give me this grey screen that goes away after a long time waiting.

I have tried:

• Refreshing Firefox
• Reinstalling Firefox
• Troubleshoot Mode, which the problem persist in troubleshoot mode so its not an addon
• Tried creating a new profile
• User-Agent Switcher which doesn't work all the time.

I want to avoid going chromium-based browsers but this is making me consider.

I can no longer use my camera on firefox, firefox displayed some message about camera when we were trying to chat, but I missed it, I have granted relevant permissions on the site, that we use reularly. The camera icon on the address bar appears red, and I noticed that in Windows security, it lists firefox access requests, but shows no way to grant these requests.

I am not tech minded so please if anyone could keep it simple, I would appreciate it.

Out of nowhere a couple days ago Firefox started loading local html files extremely slowly. I was using Live Server to render the pages, so I turned that on and off, uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. I tried dragging files in from the original folder on my computer, but even that doesn't work. I tried updating firefox, and then my computer (which is running Fedora Linux 40), but still nothing.

When I try hitting inspect on the page, it only loads the HTML but doesn't let me inspect the JS as it wont load, and it's saying I have a ton of errors too. I can't look at the errors because they wont load, but I know it doesn't have to do with the original file as there was only one error which the page was working fine with before and each time I try opening the file it gives me a different amount of errors.

I tried clearing my cache and cookies, which didn't work either.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I'm having no other errors on other pages.

Every time I have tried to use the NPR website's contact form, I get the message, "sorry, something went wrong and we were not able to send your request". Today, I accessed their website using Microsoft Edge and had no trouble sending a message using their contact form.

Can you help me correct this FireFox malfunction? Thanks!

Hello, My website www.bodymindwholeness.com will not loan on Mozilla browser for over 6 months now. My website loads just fine on all other browsers, just not Mozilla? I have tried to adjust every setting I can imagine with no luck. Why wont Mozilla allow my website to load and what can I do to fix the issue? Thank you Michael Hofrath

I am Yuki belong to Electronic company IT department. We have a project to implement salesforce for customer facing and target to go live by end of this July. we are facing one issue related with firefox and salesforce.

<issue detail> Our salesforce have customized serach founctions. this search function doesn't work only in firefox browser(Edge, Chorme is ok). we can send input data from salesforce to search, however search result doesn't appear.

<current situation> we were investigating this issue with salesforce. we found this article : https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/platform/lwc/guide/security-lwsec-async.html >When LWS is enabled, JavaScript async functions that are used from a static resource work in Chromium-based browsers, but don't work in Firefox currently. The issue is a bug in Firefox.

am running firefox 127.0.1 on a windows 11 desktop. Numerous sites that use a captcha to login fail. In other words, the captcha never loads and I cannot login to those sites. Such sites include teamfaderpro, Coursera, and bandcamp. All logins fail as the captcha is required to be passed prior to logging in, but the captcha never appears and so when I try to log in, nothing happens and I cannot login.

I have tried the above same sites on the Edge browser and have no such issue, the captcha shows and I can login.

Just FYI, the agent switcher setting change recommended by others previously is not suitable. When I tried that fix I was unable to access a considerable percentage of the internet due to some cloudflare issue, so the agent switcher setting is not an option. So far, I have tried all recommended settings to fix this issue and nothing has worked.

I am surprised no one else is having this issue.

Any help is appreciated, or at least inform google/mozilla about this issue as it has been ongoing (on and off) for me for many months. And yes, this problem is persistent for me at the moment, it remains despite rebooting windows, despite clearing cookies and cache (which I have set to automatically delete when exiting firefox).

I am getting like 10 crashed tabs per day. I have been using firefox for years and about to dump it... I have brave, chrome and others on my computer and getting ready to dump FF. You need to figure this crap out. If its broke, I dont need it.

One of the add-in permissions is "Access your data for sites in the “named” domain". I looked at that and thought, "That certainly cannot include passwords"; BUT the explanation for this permission is: "The extension could read the content of web pages you visit in the specified domain, as well as data you enter into those web pages, such as usernames and passwords. "

I was stunned.

That means that addins that get this permission have access to my banking/medical/etc. usernames & passwords. This is not acceptable. Can a permission be developed that would be: "Access your data for sites in the “named” domain" (except usernames/passwords).

The permission "Access your data for all websites" is significantly worse in that it applies to all sites.
