Flash broken in 5&6 on Lion

I've recently installed Lion on my MacBook Pro and MacPro. Firefox has had no issues on my MacPro but on the MacBook, Flash support seems to be broken.

I've Uninstalled Flash and reinstalled I've uninstalled (AppZapped) Firefox and reinstalled I've tried it with both Firefox 5 and beta 6 I've reinstalled Java

I receive a message from Quicktime sometimes that readeds "Additional software is required for quicktime to playback this media. It may be available from the QuichTime Components page.
