Here is how to create a brand new article for Mozilla Support.

  1. Click Create new article.
  2. Give your article a title, a slug, and a category in the article description boxes. For more information on what to add, click here. ArticleDescription
  3. Write out your article in a wiki markup format in the textbox. To see how to use the wiki markup, click Markup chart. To see what an article should look like, click here. Check out the style guide for guidelines on how to write an article. Textbox
  4. Click Preview Content to see what your article will look like when it’s been published.
  5. When you’re satisfied with your article's content and appearance, click Submit for Review.
  6. A new box pops up. Type in some basic information about your article and press Submit.

  7. Wait for a reviewer to approve the article before it can be published.
Tip: Consider drafting your article on a separate document like in Microsoft Word or Google Docs before writing it out on Mozilla’s website.
