The text on the page is shown very basic how do I get the text shown properly
If I use google chrome I get all the text and pictures shown properly, but with Firefox I only get a more basic text, pictures and things like arrows missing.

Try clearing your browser cache.
Tools > Clear Recent History... - hit Details and make sure only Cache is selected, then select Everything and hit the Clear Now button.
How and where do I find the tools?
Tools is on the Menu bar, between Bookmarks and Help.
If you hid the Menu bar, hit the Alt key, then hit T to open the Tools Menu.
Did that, still got lots of long lines missing
